Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made with 24–48 hours’ notice require payment of 50% of the service cost.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate the next client.
